The franchisee (investor) is responsible for interior design, painting, and furnishings, which typically range from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 80,000. If the business premises are rented, there will be an extra cost for the security deposit as well.

Nawabs Irani Chai outlets are authorized to offer items exclusively from their menu. However, with the brand's approval, select regional beverages may be introduced based on local tastes and customer demands. However, new varieties of tea cannot be introduced without explicit permission.

Will the company provide employees?

No, but they do offer training for the staff you select. You'll need at least 2-3 employees to run the business effectively. Previous experience in the hotel industry is not necessary for these roles. The products at Nawabs Irani are all prepared according to a specific recipe, which is why prior experience isn't required. Training in Nawabs Irani's preparation methods can be completed in just 3 days.

Will there be a fee for the training?

There are two options available. Your employees can visit any of our designated establishments in your area. You'll need to cover their travel, accommodation, and meals costs. However, the training at these locations is entirely complimentary. Alternatively, we offer the option of sending one of our chefs to your store for a 3–4 day training session, with a fee of 5,000. In this case, you'll also be responsible for the trainer's travel, accommodation, and meals. You can choose between paid training at your location or free training at our designated establishments.

What is the typical daily sales figure for the current stores?

Nawabs Irani locations typically see daily sales ranging from 5,000 to 20,000 rupees. However, an average expectation would be a consistent sale of 10,000 or more. The store's location and customer service are the primary factors influencing daily sales.

Will you establish another franchise near an existing business? Is there a specific distance required between Nawabs Irani outlets?

Yes, the necessary gap depends on the area's demographics and the level of business activity there. We won't open a store where it could disrupt your business.

What are the necessary steps for an investor interested in opening a Nawabs Irani franchise?

Investors are required to submit at least 30% of the franchise fee for confirmation. Upon payment, investors will receive a confirmation receipt, which will be referenced in a Letter of Intent (LOI). Once the LOI is signed, investors have a 10-day window to complete the final payment. The franchise agreement will be finalized upon receipt of the last payment. Within 10 days of receiving full payment, the company will supply all necessary materials, including a starter kit. To ensure availability, franchisees must notify the brand at least 10 days before their store's opening to schedule chef training.
